Tama Yoga: 10:00AM-11:45 AM Silat Knife Techniques and Sparring: 12:30-2:00PM. This workshop is open to everyone 14+ and is open to all styles and skill levels. Please bring flexible clothing, hydration, and eye protection (plus mouthguard and cup if sparring) for the knife section.

About the event

Tama Yoga: 10:00AM-11:45 AM

Silat Knife Techniques and Sparring: 12:30-2:00PM.


The yoga section will consist of stretching followed by breathing exercises with sustained activity in a series of poses.


The knife section will mostly cover active knife sparring games with soft knives. Bring eye protection and flexible training knives. Some soft knives will be available to use.


This workshop is open to everyone 14+ and is open to all styles and skill levels. Please bring flexible clothing, hydration, and eye protection (plus mouthguard and cup if sparring) for the knife section.
